About The Position

The position involves creating and leading Optical training programs throughout the New Orleans market. The candidate will review existing KREWE lab fill/edger processes and identify ways to grow lens revenue across the New Orleans market. Utilizing KREWE Optical Training Programs and best practices, the candidate will work to achieve the department's sales objectives. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and precision in performing and recording optical measurements, adjusting ophthalmic frames, and troubleshooting vision issues. The candidate will verify the accuracy of finished ophthalmic products upon arrival from the partnering lab and ensure all customers are kept informed of their orders until they have returned from the lab. Additionally, the candidate will demonstrate perfect ophthalmic product knowledge and provide a thorough understanding of products to team members and clients. Working collaboratively with other team members, the candidate will ensure excellent store-wide customer service and provide training on optical processes and techniques. The role also involves elegantly walking through lens options with customers to ensure the KREWE Guest Experience is extended through the optical program.
