Responsibilities

• Service home buyers & home sellers at the highest level
• Work effectively with team and mentors
• Study and know local market statistics daily
• Manage a database of leads and contacts with daily follow up and appointment-setting
• Learn and use scripts and best practices for lead conversion
• Participate in team meetings, events and one on one coaching
