About The Position

Delaware Hospice is actively seeking a part-time New Hope Counselor to primarily cover Kent and Sussex Counties. The schedule will be 20 hours a week. Requirements

  • Minimum of a Master's Degree in social work, counseling, social services or related field.
  • One year clinical experience with emphasis on case work, family process, group work skills, and loss and grief issues.

Responsibilities

  • Functions as part of the hospice interdisciplinary team to provide bereavement services to surviving families.
  • Functions within established policies and procedures to assure compliance to federal and state regulations.
