About The Position

Eastwood Homes, a top 50 homebuilder and award recipient, is seeking a New Home Specialist to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The New Home Specialist will play a crucial role in generating new home sales and building relationships with potential homeowners and realtors. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on people's lives by helping them find their dream homes.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Ability to work a minimum five-day work week including Saturdays and Sundays plus early evening weekday hours.
• Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle.
• Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Create and initiate community marketing campaigns to attract new customers and foster referral business.
• Maintain business relationships with local real estate agents.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers’ needs and how those needs align with Eastwood Homes’ product design.
• Demonstrate model home, floor plan designs, home features, and home site availability to potential residents.
• Understand architectural plans, blueprints, and site plans.
• Facilitate contract documents as it pertains to the purchase of a new home.
• Work alongside community builder to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.
