Our New Home Specialists (NHS) are more than sales professionals—they’re trusted advisors, relationship builders, and closers. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales - preferably where you’re in the top 20% of your sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems fast.
• Passionate about homebuilding and helping clients build their forever home.

Responsibilities

• Close 50% of first-time appointments.
• Hit Home Start Revenue Goals.
• Deliver Accurate Price Quotes to every client on time.
• Master and implement Brown Haven Sales Techniques.
• Build a six-figure+ program and reach your full earning potential.
