This position will be responsible for: Completing all five steps of the sales process with each prospect who visits the sales center. 100% follow up with all prospects/leads who visit the community or website. Actively promoting their assigned community within the local community; Maintaining excellent community and product knowledge; Providing the highest level of internal and external customer service; Maintaining an excellent community presentation; Accurately completing all contracts and related paperwork, and submitting within the allotted time frames; Understanding and effectively articulating the goals, ideals, standards, direction and vision of Olson Homes; Understanding and effectively articulating the goals, ideals, standards, direction and vision of Olson Homes. Attending sales training classes and seminars as necessary is a requirement. All other responsibilities as deemed necessary for this position.
