About The Position
Schaeffer Homes is hiring a New Home Sales Professional to work with prospective buyers interested in building new homes. This position is based at our design center in Newark, DE and involves guiding customers through the home buying and building process.
Requirements
- Retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain a real estate license (assistance provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Weekend availability required

- Meet with prospective buyers to discuss homebuilding options
- Guide customers through the sales and contract process
- Maintain knowledge of available floor plans, pricing, and options
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
