About The Position
As a Sales Counselor in the Atlanta Division of Fischer Homes, you will engage directly with home buyers to assist them in finding and purchasing their dream homes from a selection of master-crafted floor plans. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction throughout the new home building process, requiring effective prospecting, education, and expectation management. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, building relationships and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
