About The Position

The New Home Sales Consultant position at Megatel Homes Inc. is a full-time role focused on the sale and closure of new single-family homes within assigned communities. The primary objective of this position is to ensure a seamless home buying experience for customers while meeting or exceeding sales quotas. The consultant will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the sales process, from initial customer engagement to finalizing contracts. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service and sales, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with potential buyers and local real estate agents. In this position, the sales consultant will be expected to learn and master company-specific sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts, and policies. Training will be provided to ensure that the consultant is well-equipped to represent the company effectively. The consultant will also have the support of an in-house marketing team and will be encouraged to attend real estate networking functions to establish partnerships with local agents and brokerages. Hosting real estate functions and becoming an expert on the company's product lines and community facilities will also be key responsibilities. The role involves greeting prospective customers who enter the model home, conducting tours, and understanding their needs to effectively sell the features of the homes. Maintaining the model home site to adhere to company standards for presentation and marketing materials is also crucial. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and customer-driven, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment. Weekend and evening hours are required, and the right candidate will have excellent earning potential based on their sales performance.
