About The Position

True Homes is experiencing RECORD BREAKING real estate sales volume and we are looking to add a dynamic Sales Associate to our team in the Wingate, NC area. Our sales team averages between $150,000-$300,000 per year! As a Sales Associate, you will sell new, high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory, while working with and learning from an industry leading sales team.

Requirements

• Active state Real Estate License or enrolled in state Real Estate licensing course required
• 1 or more years of quota bearing commission-based sales experience required
• 1 or more years of B2B or B2C sales experience required
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to work weekends on a regular basis required
• Ability to work in fast paced environment within a team-centered environment required
• High School diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Formal sales training
• B2B sales experience
• Broker and leadership experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
