Requirements

• Must be available to work every weekend, with 2 days off between Tuesday and Thursday until January 1st, 2026.
• Experience selling and promoting your company's brand in a complex conceptual environment.
• Experience using a consultative sales approach.
• High-energy sales professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills, including advanced listening skills.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to sales success.
• Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Commitment to professionalism, including appearance and demeanor.
• Must be technology savvy.
• Valid driver license with satisfactory driving record required.

Nice To Haves

• A Real Estate license is not required but may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work in beautiful Display Homes located in one of our 40+ communities within the Greater St. Louis Area.
• Follow a defined and proven sales process and procedures that set you up for success.
• Engage with home buyers in a consultative manner to promote the brand and sell value, not price.
• Receive approximately 2 months of paid training to learn about McBride's operations and sales processes.
• Achieve sales goals and earn commission based on home sales.
