About The Position
The Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in demonstrating product features, designs, and benefits to potential homebuyers, aiming to capture new home sales. This position utilizes various sales and marketing techniques, adheres to company guidelines, and leverages knowledge of assigned communities to meet division and company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for homebuyers from the initial meeting through to home closing, reporting to the Region Manager or Sales Manager.
