About The Position

Serving in the important role of New Home Sales Associate with ICI Homes offers the opportunity to build a financially rewarding career alongside some of the industry’s top talent.  We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to represent our brand, promote lifestyle and community amenities, and sell a diverse portfolio of new homes—from townhomes to luxury custom residences. ICI Homes provides on-the-job training in advanced sales techniques, proprietary industry software, and ongoing support to help you successfully meet the needs of today’s sophisticated homebuyer. The New Home Sales Associate is responsible for creating an exceptional buying experience while driving home sales. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

  • Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong follow-up, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends
  • Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license
  • Valid Florida Driver License and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, motivating, and building long-term relationships with prospective homebuyers through prospecting, broker outreach, qualified referrals, lead cultivation, and participation in marketing and promotional events
  • Greeting visitors at model homes, capturing registration information, identifying buyers’ wants and needs, assessing interest levels, conducting model tours, and explaining home features and community amenities
  • Positively influencing buyers’ decision-making by clearly communicating product value and tailoring solutions based on a thorough needs analysis
  • Maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects and highlighting product and builder advantages
  • Building strong rapport with homeowners by communicating construction progress and addressing concerns as they arise
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending weekly sales meetings, participating in ongoing training, and staying current with industry best practices and sales publications
