Requirements

• Real estate experience is not required
• Recent graduates or those with experience in hospitality, serving, education, insurance, apartment leasing, event management or comparable customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply
• Driven to excel

• Enjoy building relationships with people
• Provide exceptional customer service
• A positive, team-player attitude
• Bachelor's degree or experience in sales, marketing, communications, hospitality or related field
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings & some holidays

Responsibilities

• Participate in David Weekley Homes' training program
• Support Sales Consultants through customer service
• Perform administrative tasks
• Assist with marketing and other duties
• Bring a great attitude and enthusiasm
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
