New Home Sales Associate/Assistant
About The Position
Begin your new home sales career as a Sales Associate with David Weekley Homes. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals who love relationship-building and truly have a passion for delivering a great experience. Previous new home sales experience is not necessary. Your responsibility is to bring a great attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn! What You'll Do: Sales Associates will participate in David Weekley Homes' training program while supporting Sales Consultants through customer service, administrative tasks, marketing, and other duties for 6-12 months- learning the skills needed to be successful in residential construction sales. Our goal is to train and promote you to a Sales Consultant within that timeframe.
Requirements
- Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is required

- Bachelor’s degree or experience in sales, marketing, communications, hospitality or related customer-facing roles
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with prospective homeowners, realtors, homeowners, etc.
- Effectively communicate with prospective homeowners, realtors, homeowners, and team members
- Present the build process to prospective homeowners
- Various administrative tasks
- Various marketing tasks
