About The Position

The New Home Sales Agent at FTS Inc. is responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through their journey of purchasing a home. This role requires a dedicated individual with experience in real estate sales, who can leverage their expertise and exceptional customer service skills to enhance the homebuying experience. The agent will play a crucial role in shaping clients' experiences and contributing to the company's mission of improving lives through real estate.

Requirements

  • Valid Real Estate License in North Carolina.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential home sales; new home sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market data and trends to provide insightful guidance.
  • Assist in setting home prices, site premiums, and manage site releases.
  • Manage and track scheduled sales activities, including monitoring 'Home Definition Due' dates and completing Home Definitions.
  • Finalize options and selections as part of the Purchase Agreement.
  • Coordinate Homeowner Orientation and confirm final loan approval dates with all parties involved.
  • Keep the community plat board updated, showing home site availability, status, and sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads, prospects, buyers, realtors, and lenders.
  • Conduct monthly competitive analysis and stay informed about market changes.
  • Ensure effective community signage is in place.
  • Develop and execute a consistent realtor outreach and networking strategy.
  • Implement marketing campaigns and demonstrate property features to potential buyers.
  • Track potential buyer information using established software systems.
  • Oversee the mortgage loan process, providing timely support to all stakeholders.
  • Communicate website updates and necessary changes to the marketing team.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to address and resolve community issues.
  • Host events such as grand openings and homeowner gatherings.
  • Manage records of product development changes and keep buyers informed.
  • Update base pricing and option prices on listing services.
  • Handle MLS responsibilities.
