New Home Quality Reviewer

2M QualityIndianapolis, IN
Onsite

About The Position

This is a part-time, 1099 position focused on reviewing newly built homes from a customer's perspective to identify defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency, and professionalism. Each review evaluates the quality of the finished construction and takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. Reviewers are required to drive to construction sites and conduct reviews on the scheduled day, starting anytime between 8 am and 3:30 pm. Reports must be submitted electronically on-site upon completion, no later than 5 PM, using the reviewer's own cellular-enabled tablet. Training will be provided on how to enter reports into the database. Reviewers are not required to walk on roofs or in attics, and no tools, lights, or ladders are used in the review. While residential construction experience is preferred, it is not required. Reviewers must be available 4-5 days Monday through Friday to work partial and sometimes full days, with days off communicated a week or more in advance. Drive time to sites is not compensated, but management will group work orders to minimize travel.
