This role serves as the online representative for Beazer Homes, where you will be responsible for engaging with leads generated from the web to foster interest in Beazer communities. Your primary objective will be to communicate effectively with potential customers through various channels, including phone, text, and email, ensuring timely responses that encourage prospects to visit community sales centers. You will utilize the Customer Relationship Management system (SalesForce) to manage and monitor the conversion of leads into walk-in visits, performing follow-up tasks to maintain engagement with all leads. In addition to lead management, you will maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the communities, home plans, available quick move-in homes, incentives, and any upcoming events relevant to your division. You will also oversee the division's presence on Beazer.com, which includes managing community or division promotions, floor plans, photos/videos, office hours, directions, unique selling features, and availability through a Content Management System. Furthermore, you will create and implement a social media plan for all communities within your division, focusing on platforms such as Pinterest and Facebook. This will involve strategizing, creating, and uploading content to a social media portal on a monthly basis, ensuring that the online representation of Beazer Homes is engaging and informative.
