About The Position

The New Home Counselor at Mattamy Homes is responsible for generating and following up on leads, qualifying and educating buyers about the company's products, and guiding them through the home buying process. This role involves developing marketing strategies, building relationships with prospective buyers, and achieving sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Active Real Estate License required.
• 2+ years of onsite new home sales experience.
• Business-minded sales professional with knowledge of sales goals and budgets.
• Adept at building trusting relationships with prospective home buyers.
• High energy, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Results-oriented individual with a proven track record of converting leads.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM or similar sales software.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales volume and guide homebuyers throughout the sales process.
• Develop a community business plan, identifying marketing strategies and outreach programs.
• Provide an exceptional home buying experience by educating buyers on the community and overall process.
• Demonstrate the ability to qualify buyers for their respective community.
• Communicate, collaborate, and build rapport with team members and buyers.
• Commit to achieving sales-related business goals and provide necessary follow-up.
• Achieve Customer Service performance goals and attend relevant meetings.
