This role is integral part of the team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales center and driving the customer experience. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers while upholding respect and professionalism for our homes and communities. The New Home Counselor will receive training and mentorship from the Sales Manager and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to develop skills and expertise in sales and customer relations.
