About The Position

HELP CREATE A FIRST DAY THAT FEELS WELCOMING, CALM, AND CONFIDENT. POLYWOOD® is looking for a New Hire Welcome Session Facilitator who enjoys helping others feel comfortable, supported, and set up for success. This role is ideal for a retired teacher, substitute teacher, paraprofessional, or daycare professional who enjoys guiding small groups in a structured, classroom style environment. If you appreciate routine, enjoy answering questions, and take pride in creating an organized and encouraging space, this could be a wonderful fit. At POLYWOOD®, we design and build outdoor furniture that brings people together and stands the test of time. We do this using sustainable materials like our genuine POLYWOOD® lumber made from recycled plastics. But the strength of our products starts with the strength of our people. This role plays an important part in supporting the employees who build, ship, and innovate our furniture every day. By creating a calm, organized, and encouraging first day experience, you help set the tone for confidence, connection, and long term success.
