Grow your career as New Growth Development Manager - West within ALG Vacations. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for representing and selling Travel Impressions, Apple Vacations, Funjet Vacations, United Vacations, Southwest Vacations, Blue Sky Tours in your respective territory to the travel agency community. Your specific focus will be on lower producing accounts within the Coastal and Mountain States in the West. You'll develop and enhance strong agency relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships with the objective of growing incremental revenue and profitability. You will take a consultative selling approach with agencies and their Independent Contractors to identify shift opportunities from our competition, leverage preferred relationships and execute engagement plans to grow incremental revenue. This role will take responsibility to find strategic ways to find and identify opportunity, overcome obstacles to secure business, and working closely with the Regional Director, taking direction when needed on alignment to growth strategies company wide. The NGD ability to find and develop new accounts will be key to this role's success.
