About The Position

Start your veterinary career in a place that values mentorship, growth, and doing the job the right way. This is a team that takes pride in quality medicine and takes the time to help new doctors build confidence from day one. If you are a new graduate looking for a practice where you will be supported, not rushed, this is where you start. You won’t be expected to know everything. You will be expected to learn, ask questions, and care deeply about your patients. This is not a high-pressure, production-first environment. This is a clinic where medicine comes first, mentorship matters, and your growth is taken seriously. You will leave each day knowing you are improving, supported, and building a career you can be proud of. Pittsburg, KS offers an affordable cost of living, a close-knit community where clients value relationships and continuity of care, and is home to Pittsburg State University, bringing energy, events, and local pride.
