About The Position

New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) - 9CC Surgical Oncology Winston Salem, NC, United States This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible and qualifies for a $10,000 sign–on bonus, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements! Where You Will Work: 9CC Surgical Oncology is a 40-bed inpatient unit specializing in post-operative care for adult patients undergoing colorectal, urologic, head and neck, and other complex oncologic surgeries. Nurses on this unit provide high-acuity care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support safe, efficient patient flow within the Comprehensive Cancer Center. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
