Position Overview: New Graduate RN – Float Team (Full-Time) This exciting opportunity is designed specifically for newly graduated registered nurses who are eager to begin their professional journey in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a member of the New Graduate Float Team, you will rotate across a variety of inpatient units—and select outpatient areas—gaining exposure to multiple specialties and care settings. Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care under the guidance of experienced preceptors and mentors. Float between diverse units including Medical, Surgical, Orthopedic, and Cardiac—building a strong clinical foundation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care. Participate in the Nurse Residency Program, which includes structured learning experiences, peer support, and professional development workshops. Adapt to different unit cultures and workflows while maintaining high standards of care. Compensation: BSN Pay Range: $34.76 - $57.06 per hour ADN Pay Range: $32.31 - $50.71 per hour Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
