About The Position

Where You Will Work: Our 38-bed cardiac unit, where you’ll have the opportunity to care for adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Our team specializes in treating chest pain, stroke, cardiac dysrhythmias, and COPD. We serve patients aged 18 and older and offer a fast-paced, collaborative environment that supports both professional growth and high-quality patient care. About This Location: Atrium Health Lincoln is a 101-bed hospital, designed with the community in mind . The facility opened in 2010, replacing a family farm . History from this farm can be seen and found on our campus today . 300,000 reclaimed bricks from a local mill, Belding-Hausman Mill, were placed into the exterior of the hospital and represent our dedication to the community we serve . The campus also has a 1.2-mile public walking trail that encircles the campus, winding past ponds and through natural wooded areas left intact on the land . The campus also includes two medical office buildings that house many provider offices and services that serve our community. Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skill communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
