About The Position
The New Graduate Nurse Residency position at O'Neil 3 is designed for recent nursing graduates to provide proficient nursing care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This full-time role involves working on a 32-bed Medical-Surgical unit, focusing on the needs of patients ranging from uncomplicated to highly complex cases. The position offers straight shifts with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts and every third weekend, allowing for a structured work-life balance.
