About The Position
UC Health is hiring a New Graduate Extern for the Med Surg 1st Floor unit for the Night Shift at West Chester Hospital. The Med Surg New Graduate Extern will support West Chester Hospital’s Med Surg Department in delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care, and according to policy and procedures. This 36 bed unit has ratios ranging from 4 to 6 patients per nurse. Our new graduate externs will work in a fast-paced environment and specializes in cardiac/neuro patients that are med surg level of care.
