About The Position

At ENERCON, new graduate Civil Site Engineers are empowered to grow their careers while contributing to impactful projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on site development and environmental engineering for power generation and industrial facilities. From your first day, you’ll gain hands-on experience in grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and environmental investigations while working alongside engineers from multiple disciplines. You’ll take ownership of your work, visit project sites, and begin building strong client relationships. Requirements

• Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET-accredited school in Civil Engineering.
• Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026.
• Graduating May-June 2026 preferred.
• A solid working foundation with core concepts of Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
