About The Position

The Adult ICU/IMC Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) role at Johns Hopkins Health System offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in our Adult Intensive Care Units (ICUs) and, as needed, Intermediate Care Units (IMCs) across the organization. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple Adult Intensive Care Units (ICUs), including Medical, Surgical, Cardiovascular, Neuro, Cardiac, and Oncology-focused ICUs - gaining exposure to diverse patient populations while enhancing your critical care expertise. This position requires adaptability, clinical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in patient care. As part of the ICU/IMC Float Pool, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care during patients' most critical moments, backed by supportive leadership and a focus on professional growth.

Requirements

  • New graduate RNs welcome!
  • Associate degree in nursing accepted (must enroll in a BSN/MSN program within 1 year and complete within 5 years).
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license (or eligibility).
  • BLS CPR certification required.
