About The Position

New Grad RN and Extern Programs Available in Behavioral Health! Hiring for all units - Adult, Geriatric, and Adolescent - at Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick, MA! Leonard Morse Hospital offers specialized certification in de-escalation Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training. In this high in demand profession, you will have a collaborative team approach, working alongside Psychiatry, Medical NPs, RNs, Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, and Human Rights Officers. Requirements

• Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school, or currently enrolled in nursing school with a graduation date within the next 12 months.
• Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Behavioral Health settings.
• Certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training.

Responsibilities

• Will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care.
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.
