About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate recent graduate from a Respiratory Therapy program to join our dynamic Respiratory Care Team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to begin their healthcare career in a critical-care hospital environment. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will deliver essential respiratory care to patients across multiple departments, including the Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), Family Birthing Place (FBP), and Med/Surg units. You will receive hands-on training and continuous supervision, enabling you to build confidence, refine your clinical skills, and make a meaningful impact from day one. This position will primary train during day shift but will transition to night shift upon successful completion of orientation.

Requirements

Registry with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) within three (3) months of hire
Current Washington State Respiratory Therapist license from the Washington State Department of Health
Current CPR card (maintenance required)
Current ACLS card (maintenance required)
PALS within 3 months of hire (maintenance required)
NRP within 3 months of hire (maintenance required)
