About The Position
The Methodist Healthcare Nurse Residency Program is a year-long initiative designed for new graduate nurses to gain hands-on experience and develop essential clinical and critical thinking skills. As a Resident I Graduate Nurse, you will be part of a supportive community that includes nurse educators and experienced nurses, facilitating your transition from student to registered nurse. The program includes advanced clinical training, educational sessions, preceptorship training, and mentoring, all aimed at providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
