About The Position

Saint Luke's North Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Medical Telemetry Unit. In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Associate Degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process in patient care.
• Perform patient care and delegate patient care tasks.
• Supervise other patient care staff.
• Coordinate the plan of care for assigned patients.
• Consult with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Benefits
