About The Position
This is a developmental program for graduate nurses who want to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties. This position requires participation in a guided training and developmental program.
Requirements
- Education: Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school
- Certifications: Must have a temporary authorization to practice as a graduate nurse under the direct supervision of a registered nurse as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
Nice To Haves
- Education: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Responsibilities
- Will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care.
- Will specifically, assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients.
- Will also assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.
