The Nurse Residency Program at BID Plymouth is designed to help you successfully transition from the classroom to clinical practice in a structured, welcoming environment. This year-long program provides a strong foundation through dedicated mentorship, hands-on preceptorship, and ongoing education. You’ll build clinical leadership skills, strengthen your decision-making, and gain valuable experience delivering high-quality patient care—all while being supported every step of the way.
