The New Grad Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients. This role involves utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status, acting as the service line between Med-Surg and ICU units, determining the priority of the patient's problems and needs, developing and performing patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
