You will rotate through several departments at Westinghouse, such as working with the teams listed below: • Trade Compliance • Legal • SIOP You will report to the Staff Operation Lead - Supply Chain and work a hybrid role located in Cranberry, PA.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or Organizational Leadership (focus in operations or Supply Chain)
  • Areas of study, Operations and Supply Chain analytics, inventory and warehouse management, ERP systems, Procurement and Purchasing
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with examples provided
  • Flexibility to relocate based on the job rotations
  • Excellent academic achievement
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced planning tools.
  • Extract, clean, and interpret large datasets using tools like Excel, SQL, or Power BI
  • Proficiency in predictive analytics, demand forecasting, and regression models to support supply chain decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with goals, focusing on cost reduction, service improvement, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams to guide integrated execution.

Responsibilities

  • Through a series of rotations, lead project to deliver value across multiple departments and global locations. We achieve this through planning, communication, and teamwork. Meanwhile, gain hands-on experience and develop an understanding of different areas.
  • For each rotation/department, develop an understanding of the strategic direction of the department and the business environment and evaluate how business strategies align with the direction of the business.
  • Identify areas of improvement and use data analysis skills to propose solutions to enhance the efficiency of each rotational department.
  • Develop a foundation of leadership.
