About The Position

The Entry Level Emergency RN at Dominican Hospital is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in the emergency department. This role focuses on improving clinical and service excellence in patient care, requiring the RN to apply appropriate care skills for various patient age groups. The RN will actively participate in achieving service targets and quality improvement goals while supporting the hospital's mission and core values.

Requirements

• Entry level position for RN/permittee and reentry RN with limited or no experience.
• Current and active CA RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS certification.
• NIH Stroke Certification within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Emergency Nursing certification.
• TNCC - Certified as Trauma Nurse Core.
• MICN required of all nurses who are in a charge capacity.
