Job Overview: As a Product Technology Associate, you will research, design, and prototype a new product/service offering. You will play a critical role in cross-functional efforts to identify new product opportunities, develop business case inputs including value drivers. This will be a high-impact role, with visibility to senior leadership, by creating and implementing product strategies to bring new services to market that will influence the funding decision for a new service opportunity. This position would like the ideal candidate to be local to the Fort Mill and San Diego offices functioning off a hybrid schedule at the manager’s discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field required
  • Classroom experience directly related to your preferred role
  • Demonstrate proactive approach to problem solving and task completion, taking ownership of assignments
  • Proficient organizational and communication skills, both oral and written
  • In order to be eligible, candidates must have an expected graduation date between May 2025 and June 2026

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with collaboration software (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams

Responsibilities

  • Participate in product design, testing and demos following the team’s roadmap
  • Collaborate with team members on advisor outreach
  • Creation of client-facing presentations and guides
  • Assist with team tracking, reporting and data management
