The New ER Doctor (NERD) Program at Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) is a full-time, intensive mentorship program designed for practicing veterinarians with over a year of experience who wish to transition into emergency medicine. This program offers hands-on training, continuing education, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced emergency doctors, ultimately leading to a full-time Emergency Doctor position upon successful completion.
