The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through creating and managing customer relationships through sales achievement, situational problem solving, and comprehensive account management. On a typical day you will: Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries Develop build-on repair and modernization sales through networking, bids and tenders Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability Use Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
