About The Position

Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position which will focus on capital equipment sales, large projects and accounts. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory. This position covers the Inland Empire and other assigned territories.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree
  • Minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Skilled at building productive business relationships
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of territory and its customer base

Responsibilities

  • Grow existing accounts
  • Prospect and secure new customers
  • Introduce new products to the territory
  • Develop solid territory business plans
  • Effectively cover assigned territories on a daily basis
