About The Position

This position involves receiving inbound application calls from potential new customers. The role requires effective sales and negotiating skills to acquire applications and up-front fees. You will gather information and enter data from applicants through inbound and outbound calls, advising and educating applicants on their specific application. The goal is to deliver the best possible experience with every contact.

Requirements

• Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM and every third Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to gather and enter data accurately.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills (compensated with a 10% differential).
