With locations in Orlando, New Port Richey, and Brandon, we are growing rapidly and looking for experienced Residential New Construction Plumbers to join our team. Stay-On Bonus – $1,000 Total • $250 after 90 days • $250 after 120 days • $500 after 180 days We are seeking reliable, skilled plumbers to perform residential new construction work with a strong focus on quality, safety, and code compliance. This role includes underground work, 1–2 story top-outs, tub sets, and fixture installations for residential homebuilders.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of residential new construction plumbing experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and blueprint reading
Own required hand tools
Valid, clean Florida driver’s license
Must be 21 years or older (insurance requirement)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Install water supply and DWV (drain-waste-vent) systems in compliance with local and state codes
Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
Set toilets, tubs, shower pans, and fixtures
Install faucets, water heaters, and related plumbing systems
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Arrive to job sites on time each day
Keep tools, materials, and company vehicle clean and organized
Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship
