You'll run materials to your team lead , keep tools organized, and ensure the worksite is clean and safe. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to install, maintain , clean, and design a complete residential HVAC system, including equipment and ductwork
  • Willingness to learn HVAC design and installation
  • A "can-do" attitude and solid problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to learn
  • Ability to work with a team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Professional appearance and personality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
