New College Grad, Sales & Marketing Rotational Program (Summer 2025 start)

About the position

Our Sales & Marketing NCG Rotational Program is designed for recent or upcoming college graduates from December 2024 to June 2025 seeking a dynamic career in the data storage industry. Over 12 months, participants will rotate through sales and marketing roles, gaining hands-on experience and the opportunity to work alongside industry experts, develop technical and strategic sales skills, and build a strong foundation for a career in the fast-growing data storage market. Participants will complete in 3-4 rotations across various Sales and Marketing functions, examples of some of the rotations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with distributors, resellers, and system integrators to drive revenue and market share.
• Develop strategies for selling to large enterprise and cloud providers, focusing on storage solutions.
• Gain expertise in storage systems, selling high-volume drives to customers and optimizing data storage infrastructure.
• Manage brand strategy and execute marketing initiatives across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze customer trends, market data, and sales performance to generate insights and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• University students who graduated or are graduating from Dec 2024 to June 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Right to work in the US without requiring Western Digital to commence or sponsor an immigration case in order to employ you.
• Minimum of 3.0 GPA.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has demonstrated ability to work well with others through clubs, sports, and other extracurricular activities.
