We will train you to be the best! Experienced Sales Professional: Earn up to 35% front commission, 10% back and unit bonuses starting at 12 units.

Requirements

Vehicle sales experience is a plus but not necessary if you are a highly-driven individual.
A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client's best interests.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Take all showroom visitors on a personalized dealership tour while building a rapport and converting them into customers.
Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keeps abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, accessories etc.
Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer before test drive begins.
Provides thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects.
Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery (i.e., cleans vehicles, fills gas tank and ensures all features are operational) prior to customer arrival.
Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Maintains a professional business appearance.
Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, “we-owes,” and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
Promptly responds to online leads with an extra emphasis on creating personalized videos for the potential customer to introduce yourself and to better show the customer the vehicle of interest. Must be willing to go the extra mile for your customer.
