Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (Preferred)
• Minimum one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Operator's Driver’s License (must be insurable)
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check.
• Skills – Communication, Stress tolerance, team player, accountability, result-oriented
• Flexibility with schedule

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business with unlimited earning potential.
• Elevate the car purchase experience for clients by assisting from the beginning to the end of the purchase process.
• Oversee the client’s vehicle selection process and overall transaction while communicating pricing and lending options.
• Sell finance & protection products that support the client’s ownership journey.
• Prospect for new and current clients within a vast database.
• Utilize all Avondale and manufacturer required tools, software, training and processes to meet and/or exceed standards.
• Deliver an excellent experience to Avondale clients.
• Assist clients with the handover of their vehicle.
