Responsibilities Drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting opportunities within assigned hospital and health system territories. Achieve defined sales objectives through disciplined prospecting, strategic account planning, and consistent customer engagement. Execute outbound outreach strategies to meet daily and weekly reach and frequency goals while maintaining high-quality interactions. Develop and manage account plans that align customer needs with CuraScript SD solutions and long-term growth potential. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales activity, pipeline, and reporting requirements using approved systems. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support opportunity development and solution alignment. Demonstrate a creative and entrepreneurial approach to territory management while operating within budget and policy guidelines. Prepare routine reports and respond to special reporting requests to support business visibility. Represent CuraScript SD at industry events, customer meetings, and internal forums in and out of territory. Perform consistently at a high level while balancing performance expectations and compliance requirements.
